The answer is its almost like a repeat of your initial case. You can keep appealing. You can keep appealing till you have a hearing with a Social Security Judge. You can even appeal above the Social Security Judge. So if your receiving benefits and you feel that they are improperly trying to terminate your Social Security Disability benefits you have the right to appeal. The deadline to appeal are like in any other Social Security Case. Every time you are turned down you have sixty days to appeal but there is one other little wrinkle which sometimes people don’t know about. If you want to maintain your Social Security check you go trough the lengthy process to remain on the check and to keep appealing you must appeal within ten days.
