My Doctor says I Am Disabled….So Why Was I Turned Down for SSD / SSI Benefits?

Well of course there could be many reasons for that but the two basic reasons are one maybe the Doctors notes, his treating don’ts do not have the type of limitations that would support the letter which says that you cannot work. Probably a more frequent problem the typical Doctor letter saying you can’t work is that is just does not contain sufficient detail. It says you can’t work but maybe the Doctor is saying you merely can’t work at your present job which may be extremely heavy or maybe extraordinarily stressful. And yet even though you do have a mental or physical disability you’re still able to do other less demanding jobs. So the type of letter that you need from a Doctor to really help you win your disability case is going to be much more complicated than what the Doctor is normally used to writing for his patients.
